Privacy policy

Here Cabral Multipecas LTDA tells you what it does with the information that reaches it through this website and through the shop's e-mail address, in line with Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD).

C-01Who answers for the data

Data here sit under the control of Cabral Multipecas LTDA, CNPJ 56.067.079/0001-22, a shop at Rua Agílio Cruz de Souza, 691, in the Serrano district of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais state, Brazil, CEP 30882-630. The company settles why and how each piece of information is used, and it is the company that a data subject addresses at contato@cabraleducation.com.

C-02What reaches the shop

You will find neither a form nor a sign-up box here, and no login area or shopping cart either. The only doorway for personal data is e-mail: when someone writes to ask for a part, an appliance or electrical supplies, the shop receives whatever that person chose to put in the message.

  • the sender's name and e-mail address, carried in the message header;
  • brand, model and code of the appliance or part, and any photos attached;
  • a neighborhood or street address, when the person asks about delivery;
  • a phone number, only if the sender wants to be answered that way and writes it in the message.

C-03Use of each piece of information

That data serves three purposes: finding the correct part or appliance in stock or at a supplier, replying with a price and a pickup arrangement, and issuing the tax invoice when a sale takes place. Legally, the reply rests on the preliminary steps that precede a purchase contract, which the data subject asked for in the first place; the invoice rests is the shop's legal obligation toward the tax authorities. No information is used to send advertising to anyone who did not ask for it.

C-04Who else receives it

  • the supplier or distributor, when a part has to be ordered, receives only the technical description of the item, never the name of the person who asked;
  • the carrier or courier, when a delivery is arranged, receives the name, address and phone number of whoever will receive the package;
  • the shop's accounting firm receives the fiscal data printed on the invoice;
  • the e-mail and hosting provider of this domain processes messages and access logs on the shop's behalf.

Outside those situations, and the cases in which the law or an authority requires it, the shop transfers data to no one and never sells it under any circumstance.

C-05Browsing and server logs

The pages under this domain are plain static files: there is no tracking script, no social network pixel, no analytics tool and no cookie written by the shop into the visitor's browser. The server that delivers the pages keeps, as any web server does, a technical log with IP address, date, time and page requested, used for security and for measuring failures. That log is deleted automatically within the period set by the hosting provider.

C-06How long each record stays live

  • e-mail messages that did not turn into a sale: until the request is settled, and at most twelve months after the last exchange;
  • data printed on a tax invoice: for the period that Brazilian tax legislation imposes on the shop, currently five years counted from the following fiscal year;
  • server logs: for the short period set by the hosting provider.

Once the period ends, the information is deleted or kept in a way that no longer identifies the person.

C-07Requests from the data subject

Anyone who has ever e-mailed the shop can, whenever they wish and without paying anything, ask whether we hold any data about them and request a copy of it; point out a mistake and ask for it to be fixed; ask that unnecessary or excessive information be erased; withdraw a consent previously given; find out with whom the shop shared something; and, where processing rests on consent, decline to give it and be told what that implies. To exercise any of these rights, write to the shop's e-mail address; the answer goes back to the same originating address, after a simple confirmation that the message came from the data subject.

C-08Storage and protection

A password and a second verification layer guard the shop's mailbox, which only the partners can open. Every page of this website travels through an HTTPS-encrypted connection and nothing else. Messages with attachments from unknown senders are opened with caution, and fiscal documents remain with the accounting firm, under professional secrecy.

C-09Exits to other sites

This website may contain links to manufacturers' pages, to public bodies or to other addresses within this same domain. Once a visitor leaves this page, the policy of the destination site applies, and Cabral Multipeças has no control over it.

C-10Officer, deadline and the ANPD

The person in charge of receiving requests about personal data is the shop's managing partner, reached at contato@cabraleducation.com with the subject line "Personal data". The shop answers inside the 15 business days the law allows, counting from the day the message arrives. Should that answer fall short, the complaint can go to the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD), Brazil's data protection authority, through gov.br/anpd.

C-11Revisions of this policy

Whenever the shop changes a procedure described here, the text of this page is updated and the date below is replaced. Anyone wanting to know whether something changed since their last visit can compare the date or ask by e-mail. Text in force since October 29, 2026.
